A small quantity of farm-made curd is then added, left to ferment overnight, leading to the formation of curd with rich probiotic properties.
In the early morning, this curd is hand-churned to extract fresh Makhan (butter), which is then slow-cooked over a medium flame to create 100% natural, aromatic cultured ghee. Made in small batches, our ghee retains its authentic texture, deep flavor, and essential nutrients.
